About Tara

I didn't arrive here through a straight line.

Like many people, I've lived through seasons that reshaped me. I've built businesses. Raised three children. Started again more than once. Experienced success, grief, uncertainty, growth and the quiet rebuilding that rarely happens in public.

Those experiences didn't just change my life. They changed how I understand people.

My Work

Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, nervous system health, human behaviour and sustainable success.

Not because they're separate disciplines, but because they're deeply connected parts of being human.

Over the past two decades I've worked across health, education, wellbeing and organisational leadership, while founding businesses dedicated to helping people live and lead with greater awareness.

Whether I'm supporting a founder navigating growth, facilitating a leadership team, speaking on stage or writing through Muse Haus, the question remains the same:

How do we build a life that doesn't require us to abandon ourselves to succeed?

I don't believe sustainable leadership begins with better strategies alone. I believe it begins with greater self-awareness.

A Whole-Person Approach

I blend neuroscience, therapy, breathwork and mind-body practices with real conversation and practical tools.

Rooted in Experience

My work is informed by lived experience — as a mother, founder, leader and someone who continues to grow and learn.

Focused on Integration

Because real change isn't about doing more. It's about understanding, regulating and integrating.

Stillness

My Life

I'm a mother of three, which has been both my greatest unraveling and my deepest return.

Motherhood didn't just ask more of me — it asked me to become more honest, more present, and more grounded than ever before.

It reshaped how I see success, strength and what it means to lead a life that actually feels aligned.

Everything I create is an invitation to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and build from a place of wholeness rather than pressure.
